Tofu Chocolate Tart

Pssst… you don’t have tell them how easy it was!

Cooking time: 1 hour

Servings: 6-8

Gooey and decadent, with just the right amount of sweet. It also came out looking beautiful and colorful. Its something you can make well in advance and bring to the table with ease for the grand finale to your dinner.


    For the Filling:

    • 1 cup silken tofu
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

    For the Crust:

  • 6 Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 3 Tbsp. Flaxseeds


  • Pie Dish


  1. Grind all dry ingredients for crust in a food processor,spray tart with some butter/oil and add crust mix and press so that it is compact and feels packed and allow it to cool in the fridge.
