This is a quick and healthy meal that I put together when I want a protein packed, healthy and flavorful meal!
- 6 oz. sushi-grade tuna
- 1 Apple – cored and chopped
- 1 Avocado – pitted and chopped
- 1⁄2 small red onion – finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp. Japanese Togarashi Spice
- Mid-sized mixing bowl
1. Combine all of the ingredients and serve immediately with plantain or taro chips.
