Also known as Dublin Bay prawns, these are delicate lobsters of the Arctic. Sweet, tiny, and delicious.


Ingredients:

  • 20 raw peeled Irish langoustine
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp castor sugar
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Selection of fresh mixed salad leaves
  • Lemon wedges
