Quick Japenese Tuna Sashimi Salad

Try this protein and flavor packed Sashimi salad!

This is a quick and healthy meal that I put together when I want a protein packed, healthy and flavorful meal!


Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. sushi-grade tuna
  • 1 Apple – cored and chopped
  • 1 Avocado – pitted and chopped
  • 1⁄2 small red onion – finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp. Japanese Togarashi Spice

Tip/Tools

  • Mid-sized mixing bowl

Method:
1. Combine all of the ingredients and serve immediately with plantain or taro chips.
